The story of the Nutcracker is a ballet based stage performance. The basic story has been derived from the “The Nutcracker and the King of Mice” which was written by E.T.A Hoffman. The story of Nutcracker which we see onstage is very different from the original written piece but the central idea remains the same. A young German girl Clara Stahlbaum dreams of a Nutcracker Prince and battle against a Mouse King. In that dream the story of nutcracker further comprises on different scenes like party scene, fight scene and after winning the fight in the story the nutcracker turns to prince charming. He then takes away Clara in the land of snow. In last scene the dream ends and she finds herself by her Christmas tree with her beloved Nutcracker.
